Open competition «Commercialization»

Grant competition on financial compensation of expenses connected with innovative project realization with a prospect of commercialization, except for developmental and technological work expenses.

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs acting for no less than one year can participate in the competition. These entities and entrepreneurs should correspond to the criteria of attribution to small business entity according to the Federal law no. 209-ФЗ dd. 24.07.2007 and carry out economic activity among which occurs Russian National Classifier of Economic Activities code 72.1 (ОК 029-2014 dd. 01.02.2014) «Research and development in technical and natural sciences» or Russian National Classifier of Economic Activities code 73.1 (ОК 029-2001 and ОК 029-2007).

·         Financial compensation of expenses connected with innovative project realization. No more than 10 million rouble is provided on condition of 100% co-financing from internal and (or) external funds.

·         Compensation of expenses connected with innovative project realization which have actually incurred since January 1, 2014 until the date of application for competition. 50% of the total amount of expended internal funds is compensated, but no more than 10 million rouble.

Financed expense items:

·         Works and services in the technical sphere performed by subcontracted enterprises and connected with production organization and starting of output of new products, works, services not connected with research and development

·         Works and services in the sphere of consulting and marketing services performed by subcontracted enterprises connected with launching new products, works and services to market

·         Purchasing machinery and equipment connected with technological innovation

·         Rental (leasing) of equipment connected with technological innovation

·         Patenting, launching modern quality control systems, product certification

·         New technology acquisition

·         Purchasing software

·         Credit interest payment for innovative project realization

·         Placing capital issues to a stock exchange

·         Components and materials necessary for creating low-volume and serial production

Conclusion of a grant contract for financial compensation of expenses to a small innovative enterprise. Advancing in the amount of 50% of a grant sum. Up to April 15, 2015: report on fulfillment of the first stage of a contract, financial report on fulfillment of the first stage of a contract and financial report on 100% usage of internal resources, information on achievement of planned targets. Advancing in the amount of 50% of a grant sum. Up to November 27, 2015: report on fulfillment of the second stage of a contract, financial report on fulfillment of the second stage of a contract, report on targeted use of grant funds.

·         For compensation of expenses

Provision of 50% of grant funds. Up to April 15, 2015: information on achievement of planned targets. Provision of 50% of grant funds, report on targeted use of grant funds. An enterprise should annually provide the following information to the Fund during 5 years since grant obtaining:

·         Information on achievement of planned targets of realization and innovative project;

·         Financial statements and data on average staff number over the past year.
